This article presents an optimal distributed energy resource management system for a smart grid connected to photovoltaics, battery storage, and electric vehicle aggregator. These systems are one of the key factors control power converters grid. The proposed includes communication architecture necessary realizing information flow between individual generators master supervisory algorithm. work carried out on two levels is first design strategy validate it with in real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation integrating IEC61850 layer physical intelligent electronic devices. second analyze vulnerabilities designed methodology cybersecurity threats explicitly extension aggregators management.
